Overview

Coady Rentals offers over 60 quality rental properties in the heart of Athens, Ohio for hundreds of Ohio University students. They were in need of a new logo and updated website with big time search functionality so that potential tenants could easily search their entire property roster.

WeGo Unlimited developed an extremely robust search mechanism to allow prospective tenants the ability to search through all properties and easily find available units, unit features, specifications, and floor plan layouts. In addition, tenants can sift through property photos and easily share property detail pages with friends via a multitude of social network platforms and email.

The Coady Rentals website was produced on the WordPress platform for easy client use and management: staff can quickly and easily designate specific properties as rented (or available), set them as “Featured” units, add photos, add property specs and accept maintenance requests through a custom contact form that allows tenants to designate which property they are referring to based on a highly intuitive database structure.
